How do I know this is not just a gimmick?
Our company profits are subsidized by our membership. If our members aren’t happy, we don’t make profits. Our entire profit sharing system is based on exceeding the everyday expectations of our members, and ensuring that they are excited enough about our product to solicit new business on our behalf. Our members are happy with their savings, and those that have become distributors are even happier since they earn thousands of dollars monthly apart from their personal savings on gasoline.

How does your Prepaid Gas Card Discount program work?
GasMaster Members save 20% on Gas Cards at the time of purchase. When you purchase a Gas Card from us, you’ll pay us 20% less than the face value of that card. For example, if you’d like to purchase a $100.00 Gas Card, you’d pay us only $80.00. When you go to the pump for the first time, there would be $100.00 available for use on that Gas Card. If you purchased a $50.00 Gas Card from us, you would pay us only $40.00 but would have access to $50.00 worth of gas the first time you go to the pump.
The cards work in the same manner as debit cards but cannot be redeemed for cash. Each time you make a gas station purchase using your Prepaid Gas Card, the amount available for use on the card is reduced by the amount of your purchase. You may use the card as many times as you like until the amount of your purchases reduces the balance on your card to $0.00. Then simply throw the card away.

I just bought a membership, what's next?
After buying your new membership, please allow up to 72 hours to process your membership and update your account with your new member privileges. Only after your membership is paid for and processed will you start enjoying your discounts.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your Membership Card to be delivered to you, in order for you to begin ordering gas at our 20% discount. Your new member package will include your Membership Card, Welcome Letter, Terms and Conditions, a Referral Form and Member Business Cards.

Are memberships renewed automatically?
Yes, your membership will be renewed annually unless you notify us not to do so.

How long will it take for my membership or gas card to be delivered?
Your card should be delivered between 7 and 10 business days (Excluding Saturdays & Sundays).
For your protection, some orders may require verification either verbally or through email correspondence. This may result in delays of up to 24 hours before your order can be processed.
We regret that we are not able to ship cards internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.

Where can I use the gas cards?
You can use your Prepaid Gas Card at any gas station in the country that bears the logo on the front of the Gas Card. 99% of US Gas Stations will accept our Gas Cards. We do not warrant the use of Gas Cards outside of the United States.

Is there a minimum or maximum amount of gas that I can purchase and am I required to purchase any of the other products?
There is no minimum of Gas Cards required for you to buy each month. Our minimum card value / denomination for purchase whenever you choose to buy is $50.00. Our monthly maximum for purchase is $300.00 worth of gas cards per member in a calendar month. This means you may not spend more than $240.00 out of pocket on Gas Cards in a calendar month.
You are not required to purchase anything at all. However, we do encourage you to take advantage of the variety of products that we offer at an average of up to 20% below retail prices. Our products are great for home and garden, personal care, and getting away with a loved one or with family. Visit our Products page to learn more.

What are the prices for shipping and handling?
We do not charge our members for shipping Gas Cards or Vacation Package Vouchers. These orders are shipped by USPS first class mail. Shipping and handling for products from the Gas Master Discount Mall will be calculated at checkout from that service.

Where can I ship my order?
For all Gas Card and vacation package orders we will only ship to the billing address of your credit card. Items purchased from our Gas Master Discount Mall may be shipped to a separate address.

Can I use the card more than once?
Yes. All the cards we offer may be used multiple times and will maintain a running balance until their entire value has been exhausted. The cards will decrease in value each time that you use them, until the balance on the card is zero. After the balance is zero, you simply throw away the card.

What if my Gas Card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, immediately contact the provider that issued the card by calling the toll-free number shown on the back of the card.
- Keep a record of your card number and the provider contact information in a safe place, separate from the card.
- Refer to the materials that came with your card to determine the Lost and Stolen Card policies of the provider that issued your card.
You will need to provide the Gas Card number in order for that card to be cancelled and a replacement card to be issued.

Do the cards expire?
Gas Cards do not expired within the first 6 months of activation. We activate the Gas Cards at the time you order them and not before. After the first 6 months an inactivity fee begins to be charged on each Gas Card until the value of the Card is depleted. Please consult the Terms and Conditions of the Card issuer to verify their policies.

Is ordering online safe?
Yes. Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet transactions stay private and protected.
If any unauthorized use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from www.thegasmaster.com, simply notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
If you'd rather not send your credit card number over the Internet, you can still order online by using the "Check or Money Order" payment option.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, personal checks, and money orders. Please be advised that if you mail us a personal check, we will hold your shipment until the check clears.

If I order using a check or money order, where do I mail payment?
To order using a check or money order simply order online or by phone and indicate "Check or Money Order" as your method of payment. You may enter you check information into our encrypted secure website payment system or submit check information to our phone representatives.

What Happens after a distributor recruits 10 other distributors?
The distributor who recruit 10 other distributors will now become a Master Distributor which now entitles him to a $50 override from each recruit done by those 10 distributors.

How many levels does a distributor benefits from and what is the compensation from each level?
Distributors benefit from 3 levels of recruiting. Level 1 the distributor receives $100 for each new distributor that he recruits. Level 2 he receives $50 for each new distributor recruited in his organization. At level 3 the distributor receives $25 for each new distributor recruited within his organization.
